- You agree to abide by the trading rules and risk management guidelines set forth by FundedVix during the evaluation.
- Any violation of the trading rules may result in disqualification from the program without a refund of the joining fee.
5. Funded Accounts
- Upon successful completion of the evaluation, you may be granted funds.
- You agree to adhere to the trading guidelines, risk management, and profit-sharing rules associated with the funded account.
- FundedVix reserves the right to terminate funded accounts if trading rules are breached.
6. Profit Sharing
- Traders who qualify for funded accounts are entitled to profit-sharing based on the terms outlined in the agreement between FundedVix and the trader.
- Profit payouts will be made according to the agreed-upon schedule, provided all conditions are met.
7. Risk Management
- All traders must follow FundedVix’s risk management guidelines throughout the evaluation and while using funded accounts.
- Violating the risk management rules may result in immediate disqualification without the possibility of re-entry into the program.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content provided on the FundedVix website, including text, graphics, logos, and training materials, is the intellectual property of FundedVix.
- You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or modify any of this content without explicit written permission from FundedVix.
9. Limitation of Liability
- FundedVix is not liable for any losses or damages that may occur as a result of using our services or engaging in trading activities.
- Trading is inherently risky, and you agree that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions while using FundedVix services.
